1. For the mutual (between the newcomer and 4th WR) adaptation each newcomer will be enrolled as the Recruit, and after the completion of the adaptation period if all mutual requirements will be met successfully the Recruit is assigned to the rank of Private. The end of the adaptation period is determined by the Squad Leader, whom the Recruit is subordinated to, and approved by the Commander-in-Chief on the grounds of the Squad Leader recommendations.
2. It is highly welcomed if any of 4th WR servicemen will enlist new potential members of WAR. The potential 4th WR member has to meet following requirements:
- Age: 18+
- Adequate behavior
- Readiness to get fun and share this fun with others
- Deep sense of humor
- Friendliness and politeness
3. The Military Ranks and Insignias of 4th WR are shown in Fig.1.
4. All servicemen are subdivided into 7 (seven) categories, which have to be indicated in their Group Titles, namely:
Recruit: Recruit
Enlisted: Private, Corporal
NCO: Sergeant, Company Quartermaster Sergeant, First Sergeant, Ordnance Sergeant, Regimental Quartermaster Sergeant, Sergeant-Major
Junior Officer: Second Lieutenant, First Lieutenant, Captain
Senior Officer: Major, Lieutenant Colonel, Colonel
General: Brigadier General, Major General, Lieutenant General
5. The personal rank of each serviceman is to be indicated in his/her WWM title with the usage of following abbreviations:
Recruit – no abbreviation
Private – Pvt
Corporal – Cpl
Sergeant – Sgt
Company Quartermaster Sergeant – CompQM Sgt
First Sergeant – 1st Sgt
Ordnance Sergeant – Ord Sgt
Regimental Quartermaster Sergeant – RegtQM Sgt

Second Lieutenant – 2nd Lt
First Lieutenant – 1st Lt

6. All servicemen entering the RP-territory have to wear the corresponding uniform. The mandatory outfit consists of the blue cavalry shirt/jacket, light blue cavalry pants, cavalry yellow scarf and cavalry slouch hat or forager kepi. Gloves, boots, belts etc may be chosen by the serviceman personally, but have to be in accordance with a style of 1860th.
7. All weapon both firearms and melee has to be in accordance with the 1860th weaponry and compatible with the WWM Combat System.
8. The present Order comes into effect from the moment of its publication.
